Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect originating from the manufacturer.

      Defective Merchandise: In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assess the issue and, if deemed a manufacturing defect, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
